Transitionning to sustainable leafy greens production 

The open-field model for growing leafy greens is under pressure. The extreme climatic events induced by climate change generate uncertainty. Consumers increasingly realize that local production is required to limit produce transport and losses. Regulators realize the need to ban harmful chemical agents , but growers can’t do without.

We need to transition our leafy green production to a more sustainable model
